CEO’s Message

At Raywell Group (Holdings) Ltd. our mission has always been to assist our partners and clients to achieve mutual benefits by helping them to overcome the obstacles they have when they transact with businesses in China.  Our strong position and experience in China allow us to develop international exchange and cooperation with a wide range of parties and to facilitate our partners and clients understanding of China’s unique market potential and business culture.  At the same time, we serve as a bridge to connect China and foreign enterprises with a goal to develop a closer international business relationship by understanding each other’s’ strengths and weaknesses and identifying opportunities to expand and succeed together.

China has played a significant role in our global economic development.  In recent years, China has implemented a lot of new policies that have an impact to business decisions and development strategies.  As a result, many foreign enterprises find it difficult to transact with Chinese enterprises due to their lack of understanding of the fast changing business environment.  Because China’s political and economic strategy has such a high impact and influence on the development of regional business activities and the creation of investment opportunities, it is especially crucial for foreign enterprises to understand the significance of China’s strategic direction in particular the thirteenth five year plan for them to do well in China.  Social network is another key factor in doing business in China.

Throughout these years, our mining and chemical division has assisted both Chinese and foreign miners and contractors to realize cost reduction and stability of supply.  Our real estate division has facilitated investment transaction between Chinese investors and foreign properties owner.   Our fertilizer and metal division also have achieved good result in helping our factories in China to maintain a substantial market share in the industry.  Lastly, our newly established yacht division is expanding in a fast pace with our lineup of new luxury yachts that are built in our state-of-art shipyard.

Our company will remain active and responsive to our partners and clients’ demands and will follow the principles of mutual benefit, being results-oriented, and pursuing long-term cooperation and common development.  It will be challenging in the years ahead but we also believe that with our position, network, and experience in China, we and our partners and clients will be able to continue to expand and experience growth in a consistent manner.
